The New York Times, sensing some momentum building for John McCain, delivers their best hit piece for the Democrats.


Apparently, according to Pat Buchanan, this "story" to appear in morning editions was spiked at least once before when the Times was hit with the challenge, "Where's the Beef?"


After all, the crux of the "story" is that some female lobbyist was quite taken with Senator McCain and his staff took action to ensure she didn't flash a thong or personally deliver him a pizza or anything.


No blue dress. No stained sink.


THIS IS A STORY ???


Apparently this is the best the New York Times has to run against McCain. Or at least it was on the top of their trash can.


The gloves come off - "Mr. McCain, 71, and the lobbyist, Vicki Iseman, 40, both say they never had a romantic relationship. But to his advisers, even the appearance of a close bond with a lobbyist whose clients often had business before the Senate committee Mr. McCain led threatened the story of redemption and rectitude that defined his political identity."


Men and Women of America take note.


This is no wimpy overly-sensitive she-male gay-rights loving gonna-make-you-work-hard-so-Michelle-and-I-don't-have-to Barack Hussein Obama campaign.


This is commie-tested, testosterone oozing John McCain - who's apparently so appealing to wild eyed female lobbyists, he can't possibly be trusted to deliver "Change America Can Depend On" without being subjected to the temptations of hordes of adoring young female lobbyists - or at least that's the apparent fear sensed by the NTY the appearance of this story at this time might seem to indicate.


This "story" has MSNBC's anchors all hot and bothered!
